The FITA Training Centre at Nelson

FITA has a considerable number of instructors who lead our courses in the Loughborough, Nelson and Whitefield Training Centres. Each instructor is highly skilled in the installation of a wide range of floorcoverings and is perfectly placed to offer the best possible guidance and advice during the courses.

Our training centres are both based within easy reach of motorways and railway stations and give easy access for those travelling. Each centre has 12 fitting bays, conference facilities and there are facilities for making refreshments. We provide lunches as part of the course package.

Directions by Road

  • Take the M65, leave at junction 12.
  • At the top of the slip road take signs for Nelson.
  • At the first island turn left (B&Q on the right).
  • Turn left at the second island (signpost Nelson)
  • Carry on until you see the Texaco garage on your right
    (speed camera on left before garage).
  • At the next traffic lights turn left (Lomeshaye Road)
  • Carry on down road across junction bearing left at bottom of road.
  • Directly facing is a canal bridge, turn right immediately before this.
  • The training centre is through the metal gates in the far corner of the yard.
